UNDELIVERABLE PRODUCTS
If a package is returned to Mega Beauty as undeliverable due to refusal or an incorrect address, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount, minus shipping charges. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you would like your package reshipped, a reshipping fee will apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS
Mega Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are not insured. Only packages shipped through FedEx Ground are insurable.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided for items delivered incorrectly. Please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the incorrect product without opening or using it. The item must be in its original packaging with labels intact.
If Mega Beauty is at fault, we will cover the return shipping cost (via USPS Ground) and provide a replacement or full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are permitted based on stock availability. Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging and tags intact. If products are opened, used, altered, damaged, or not in the original packaging, your exchange request will be denied.
If you choose to exchange a product, you are responsible for any price differences and additional shipping fees. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
Hair extensions must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Items cannot be opened or used in any way.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the order’s shipping date.
Returns and exchanges apply to continental U.S. orders only. International orders and those from Hawaii/Alaska are excluded.
All wigs are non-refundable due to U.S. FDA sanitary regulations.

Please allow 3-8 business days for your return to be processed. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mega Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
REFUND PROCESS:
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.

DAMAGED ORDERS:
Mega Beauty is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier. If needed, we can assist with the claims process or provide a replacement or exchange for items of equal or lesser value, given proof of the claim.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS:
You may cancel your order within one day of receipt for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. If you cancel after receiving the item, follow the return instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
